The company has adopted the Organisational Model 231, in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, to prevent the risk of criminal offences in the course of its business activities. An autonomous and independent Supervisory Body (SB) has been established to oversee the proper functioning and updating of the model, acting in accordance with specific internal regulations.
