Quality

The quality of our products and services is important to us. For this reason, the testing department is equipped with five measuring machines for dimensional inspection, running METROLOG X4 V22GA software:

• 2 automatic CMMs, COORD3 UNIVERSAL 25.15.10 and 20-10-8, with KREON ZEPHYR II BLUE laser scanners and RENISHAW PH10MQ motorised swivel heads
• 1 COORD3 HERA SP 12.9.7 automatic CMM with a RENISHAW PH10T motorised swivel head
• 1 HandySCAN Black + Elite 3D scanner
• 1 RMU LBG TC100 tensile testing machine for materials and welds, model A013-M, 100 kN

All activities are supported by a dedicated IT system that ensures the management, storage of data and traceability of batches across production years.
