DESIGN
We realize Feasibility and industrialisation studies, in-house project development, rapid prototyping, low-volume tooling, and test press set-ups prior to production. In collaboration with FARA Stampi we manufacture block, progressive and transfer moulds for production.
STAMPING
We manufacture automotive components, including parts for heavy-duty, electric and LPG vehicles, using transfer, progressive and automated stamping processes. We have 7 mechanical presses (ranging from 350 to 630 tonnes) and 4 hydraulic presses (ranging from 250 to 630 tonnes).
WELDING
Our welding department, in conjunction with our stamping department, enables us to cover the entire production cycle for our wide range of products and components. We have 13 automated spot-welding robots, 5 projection welders and 2 robotic stations for continuous seam welding.
