Data and purposes

Technical systems process IP addresses, request dates and times, requested resources and browser information to operate and protect the website, on the basis of the legitimate interest in service security and operation (GDPR Article 6.1.f). Contact forms and emails contain your company name, email, subject and message. These are used to answer enquiries and take requested pre-contractual steps (Article 6.1.b), handle professional enquiries (Article 6.1.f), and comply with applicable legal obligations (Article 6.1.c). Required fields are necessary to handle the enquiry; additional information is optional.

Retention and recipients

Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to manage the enquiry and its follow-up, and thereafter where required by law or to protect rights. Technical data is retained for operation, diagnosis and security needs. Authorised personnel and hosting, email and technical service providers may process data within their duties. Data is not intended for public disclosure.

External services and rights

Optional external embeds require your choice. Their providers explain any transfers in the policies linked from the cookie policy. Any transfers outside the EEA must comply with GDPR Articles 44 onwards. You may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability rights at info@fara-srl.com, withdraw consent and complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional messages. Job applications are covered by the applicant notice.
