The molding department includes:
11 mechanical and hydraulic presses with capacities ranging from 50 to 630 tons
all machines are fed by unwinders and transfer or dedicated manipulator robots
3 presses by 350, 500 and 630 tons are equipped with the system “Soft-blanking”
The assembly department includes:
4 automated spot welding team of robots with 100% inspection for presence of thread on nuts and bolts with computerized camera
8 spot welders for screws, bolts or Tucker, automated with feeders or rotating carousels
10 robotized welding team of robots with continuous wire
various robotized spot welding team
Furthermore in the production units of SFA Polska Czeladz are present:
- 12 presses from 50 to 1000 tons with line transfer
- 10 spot welders
- 8 robotic welding systems
Prototypes
The prototype products are built either directly in the workshop FARA or by selected external suppliers.
Each activity managed externally is always carefully monitored by our staff: the Quality Control Department closely inspect and measure all the details made in compliance with the required specifications.
Deliveries to the customer are handled with the GP11 specification.
